Dynamisk Dashboard

Utfordringen: Mangel på innsikt og tidkrevende rapportering Kunden sto overfor to hovedutfordringer:

• Manglende sporing av bordbestillinger: Kampanjene deres i Google Ads og Meta var aktive, men det fantes ingen kobling til hvorvidt de faktisk førte til bordbestillinger. Det gjorde det umulig å måle ROI – og vanskelig å vite hva som fungerte.
• Manuell og ineffektiv datahåndtering: Tidligere hentet de inn data fra bookingsystemet og mediekanalene separat – og behandlet det manuelt i regneark. Det var både tidkrevende og risikabelt, og det manglet et helhetlig bilde.

Løsningen: Et automatisert og skalerbart dashboard

Sanntidsdata

Sammen med Noname utviklet vi et datadrevet dashboard i Looker Studio, som henter inn sanntidsdata fra bookingsystemets API, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads og Meta. Dette gir dem innsikt i:

• Totalt antall bordbestillinger og gjester – dag for dag, uke for uke og måned for måned
• Hvilke markedsføringskanaler som faktisk genererer booking
• Hvordan bookingtrender utvikler seg over tid
• Fremtidige bestillinger, som gir et grunnlag for ressurs- og bemanningsplanlegging

AI – Kunstig Intelligens

For å sikre komplett innsikt brukte vi kunstig intelligens til å fylle inn manglende data for stengte perioder. Dataene hentes fire ganger daglig via Supermetrics, og visualiseres på en brukervennlig måte i Looker Studio – med mulighet for filtrering på tvers av restauranter og tid.
